We all know the problems associated with a failing support strut - a floppy and head banging lid and a lottery whenever you open it. I found this unit to be a 100% successful direct replacement and very easy to fit. It looks well made too which helps.

The charger was purchased to replace an old and malfunctioning CTEK 3.6, and seems to be working perfectly with a 981S. It isn't the Porsche branded item but the standard CTEK--exactly the same as far as I can tell, and at a much better price. Note that the attached cables have become laughably short in the transition from the old model to the MX5.0, so unless you have a socket right outside the car's window, the 2.5m extension-cable accessory is a must. Excellent service from Frazerpart, with the best price around and super rapid delivery--thank you!

A superb a high quality OEM item for storing that all important oil top up for your Porsche vehicle. The velcro srtips located on the back ensures that the oil remains secure and won't slide around your vehicle. Also being fluid resistant you can be assured that even in the event of a leaking bottle it will not seep outside of the case. This is also the cheapest supplied anywhere in the UK from a reputable shop. Would highly recommend this item and will definatly purchase again from FrazerPart Porsche.

the original clips failed after some 33 years and 236k miles I have had the car for the last 26years and hofully will be driving it in another 26 anyway the clips are great arrived swiftly and solved the problem so 5 stars from me
