Postage & Packaging
Postage & Packaging costs are calculated based on whichever is the greater between actual weight or volumised weight.
Postage to UK destinations starts at as little as £5.00+VAT, to European destinations the charges start at £9.00 and for all other destinations delivery charges start at £10.00. Where ever possible, we try and give the user a choice on the delivery options. Your exact delivery costs are displayed during the checkout process prior to processing your payment. Customers are advised that when Royal Mail services are selected, the maximum compensation available, should your parcel become lost or damaged whilst in transit is £50.00 per package. This is irrespective of the true and actual package contents value.
Being environmentally conscious, we at FrazerPart aim to use as much recycled packaging material as possible. It helps us keep our packaging costs to a minimum and also minimizes the impact that your purchase has on the environment.
The Goods will be packed by the seller prior to dispatch by a hired carrier. This cost unless otherwise stated is included in the carriage cost. This includes all materials used to package the goods.
The Seller shall not be liable for any damage or consequential loss of any kind whatsoever which may be caused to any goods at any time prior to receipt by the Buyer arising out of the absence of packing or protection or out of inadequate or faulty packing when delivered by a hired carrier.
For all export orders, your country of residence may impose import duties and taxes on the parts we ship to you. Any additional charges for customs clearance are not included in our prices and require payment upon delivery. Should your order be returned to us, due to unpaid import duties and taxes, restocking fees may be charged to your credit card. Because customs policies vary widely from country to country; we strongly recommend that you contact your local customs authority to confirm any possible import duties and taxes before placing an order.
Order Processing and Delivery
We aim to process and deliver your order as soon as possible.
Subject to stock availability and payment authorization, we aim to pass your orders on to our delivery companies within 2 working days. Delivery to United Kingdom residents can be within 24 hours but customers should allow up to 7 working days. Delivery to European customers can be within 48 hours from order placement but customers should allow up to 10 working days. Other international customers should allow up to 21 working days for delivery.
Suggested delivery times and promise of delivery are made in good faith and every effort will be made to keep to delivery times/dates given, but time and place of delivery shall not be the essence of this contract and the seller shall not be liable for any loss caused through delay or failure to deliver.
Acceptance of Delivery – It is the responsibility of the Buyer to inspect the package on delivery. If any damage is evident the Buyer should reject the package or sign “DAMAGED”. The buyer must be aware that any package signed for cannot retrospectively be claimed against if it is damaged. Once a package is signed for all transport liability ends.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods or any part thereof at the time/date agreed for delivery then the Seller shall be entitled to cancel or suspend such delivery and all other outstanding deliveries and to charge the Buyer with loss suffered. Redelivery will be at the Buyers expense.
