This cam and balance shaft seal and o-ring kit contains the following parts 1 x 928 105 184 00 - 8v camshaft housing 3 x 944 105 321 00 - 8v camshaft end & Balance shaft end (Both) 1 x 999 113 268 40 - 38x55x7 oil pump/crankshaft front seal (early engines up to 1984) 1 x 999 113 281 40 - 30x48 balance shaft seal (Right) 2 x 999 113 282 40 - 30x47 balance shaft seal (Left) & camshaft end seal (early 944 8v engine) & camshaft end seal (944S 2.5L 16v, 944S2 3.0L 16v & 968 3.0L engines) 1 x 999 113 331 40 - 38x52x7 oil pump seal/crankshaft front seal (engines 1985 onwards) 1 x 999 113 349 40 - 32x47 camshaft end seal (later 944 8v engine) 1 x 999 701 602 40 - 50x5 camshaft o-ring (8v engines) 2 x 999 701 652 40 - 56.7x3.53 balance shaft o-ring (Right & Left) 1 x 999 707 283 40 - 28x2.58 oil pump seal You will need 1 of these sets for each engine but you will NOT need every single seal! If your timing belt and balance shaft drive belts are covered in oil or the front of your engine is covered in oil, these are the seals that you need to be changing. They are best changed when you are changing your belts.
I researched all the sunroof seals and decided to pay a bit more for this one and I’m so glad I did. Easily fitted and has stopped the huge water leak I had, just shame the previous owner hadn’t bothered earlier. Posted quickly and nicely packaged.
