New Goods may be returned for a full refund for up to 90 days after receipt. This excludes Special Order Goods.
All returned Goods must be in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and presented with a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt and any other original documentation associated with the purchase.
Any new part that has been fitted to a vehicle cannot be returned for a refund.
No new “Special Order Goods” can be returned with out exception. All special order items are identified on the invoice or sales receipt with the code ‘Special Order’
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the Goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
We will cover the costs and arrange the collection of any faulty Goods.
Please notify us, either by telephone or via email, of your intentions to return a product PRIOR to sending it. We will then provide you with any special instructions.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Exchange Goods
All goods returned for exchange under the refurbished Goods program are sent at the customers cost.Exchange Goods that are damaged due to accident damage or maltreatment will not be accepted for exchange. Where a surcharge has been applied this would not be refunded.The decision to accept goods for exchange is the Sellers and the Sellers decision is final.All exchange goods must be presented within 3 calendar months from the date of dispatch from the Seller in order to receive a refund of the surcharge
UK VAT (Value Added Tax) will be applied to all UK and European Union (EU) orders. The current rate of VAT is 20%. EU businesses with a valid EU Tax Number can make purchases excluding VAT. Please contact us for more information.
Customers outside of the EU will be able to make their purchases free from all VAT charges. For all export orders your country of residence may impose import duties and taxes on the parts we ship to you. Any additional charges for customs clearance are not included in our prices and require payment upon delivery. Should your order be returned to us, due to unpaid import duties and taxes, restocking fees may be charged to your credit card. Because customs policies vary widely from country to country; we strongly recommend that you contact your local customs authority to confirm any possible import duties and taxes before placing an order.
Payment Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using at least 128 bit encryption. Our credit card payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments.
They are only decrypted after they reach Shopify's servers. Your card details are not held or stored in clear text on any website, server or on any of our computers.
New Parts, Used Parts and Obsolete Stock Warranties
a)New Goods
All new Goods carry their manufactures standard warranty and shall be identified in all associated sales paperwork under the "Condition" heading as "New"
i) Limitations to New Goods Warranty -
The Sellers liability only goes so far as to the replacement of the Goods with the same or equivalent item or the refund of the amount paid. The decision to refund is at the discretion of the Seller.
ii) Excluded Goods –
Any Goods used for Racing, Track day use or any form of Motor sport is expressly excluded.
All body glass including – windscreens, rear windows, side windows, headlight glass, and any lamp or light glass. All mirrors, brake pads, clutches, all tyres and all exhaust components are also excluded.
Any Goods with evidence of damage caused by accident damage, incorrect fitment or incorrect use are also excluded.
Any Goods failing due to an associated sub system failure are also excluded.
b)Used Goods
All used Goods with the exception of excluded items listed in ii) shall carry a 30 day, from date of the Buyer receipt/invoice, limited warranty. All used Goods shall be identified in all associated sales paperwork under the "Condition" heading as "Used"
i) Limitations to Used Goods Warranty -
The Sellers liability only goes so far as to the replacement of the Goods with the same or equivalent item, providing stock is readily available, or the refund of the amount paid. The decision to refund is at the discretion of the Seller.
Engines are only covered providing that all drive belts have been replaced with new O.E specification items at the Buyers expense prior to installation. All belt tensioners and idlers have been inspected and replaced as necessary at the Buyers expense prior to installation. New engine oil and filter to O.E. specification have been installed in the engine at the Buyers expense prior to installation.
All gearboxes must have new oil fitted to O.E. specification at the Buyers expense prior to installation.
No costs for labour or any other incurred costs what so ever will be covered.
Any Goods being claimed for must be presented to the Seller before a claim can be dealt with.
